We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Our refund guidelines define how we manage project milestones, design revisions, and service cancellations for our digital projects.
1. Design and Branding Projects
For custom logo design, graphic design, and brand development services, we offer a refund (excluding setup fees) up to the point where the initial design concepts are presented. Once design concepts have been developed and shared, deposits and payments become non-refundable due to the custom nature of the creative work.
2. Website and eCommerce Development
Web development, Shopify setups, and landing page builds are structured around clear project milestones. Payments made for completed milestones (such as wireframing, frontend design approval, or backend custom logic) are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-phase, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to that date.
3. Digital Marketing and Paid Campaigns
Google Ads management, social media marketing, and search marketing campaigns retain a strict no-refund policy for services already rendered. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and cannot be refunded by our agency. Setup fees and monthly optimization fees are non-refundable once optimization tasks have commenced.
4. Client Delay and Project Abandonment
If a client fails to provide content, feedback, or approval for more than 45 consecutive days without written notification, the project will be marked as inactive. Reactivation fees may apply, and no refunds will be issued for payments received prior to the delay.
5. Refund Request Process
To submit a cancellation or request a refund review, please email our support team at info@digitalserviceprovider.site with your invoice number and project details. All refund reviews are handled individually by management within 14 business days.
